during the months of October, November and December was donated to the American Diabetes Association.  The ADA is our <A HREF="outreach.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Community Outreach"><U>community September 2004, Dr. Hammond celebrated 20 years of practice in Hermitage.  Patients enjoyed a special reception, a frame adjustment and repair workshop, and special discounts all month.</div> <bR>
