Frances is the insurance coordinator for HEC and has been a member of the team since 1992. She uses her years of experience in administration and customer service to answer your questions, bill insurance claims, and update patient accounts. In her spare time she spends time with her husband, 5 children, 2 grand daughters and 3 great grand sons. Of course her Jack Russell, Milo, thinks he is the 1 and only child they have!
***Recently Frances has added MAX to the family, Milo and has enjoyed playing the big brother and showing him the ropes!
Dr. Hammond established Hermitage Eye Care in 1983 with used equipment, a 900 square foot office space, and a staff of one-his wife. In the years since then the practice has grown and changed to keep pace with the advances in eye care. Currently the 4000 square foot building has 4 exam rooms, special testing rooms, a large optical selection and 5 full time employees.
