Our optical dispensary has over 750 frames. Our philosophy has always been to provide quality frames and lenses to our patients at a fair price. Usually our price is 20% to 30% less than chain stores. We sell quality and will not sell eyewear we would not wear ourselves. If you are not satisfied, we will re-examine, remake or redo till you are happy with the outcome.
Dr. Hammond established Hermitage Eye Care in 1983 with used equipment, a 900 square foot office space, and a staff of one-his wife. In the years since then the practice has grown and changed to keep pace with the advances in eye care. Currently the 4000 square foot building has 4 exam rooms, special testing rooms, a large optical selection and 5 full time employees.
