We are known to be persistent and patient with difficult fits. Dr. Hammond wears toric (astigmatism) lenses and is especially particular about their fit and acuity. Whether you are an easy fit just in need of a prescription update or a difficult fit looking to exhaust all the possibilities, we can help.
Dr. Hammond established Hermitage Eye Care in 1983 with used equipment, a 900 square foot office space, and a staff of one-his wife. In the years since then the practice has grown and changed to keep pace with the advances in eye care. Currently the 4000 square foot building has 4 exam rooms, special testing rooms, a large optical selection and 5 full time employees.
